Sessions and Fees
Open between the hours of 7.30am and 6.30pm, Monday to Friday throughout the year except bank holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year. The Lookout Day Nursery offers flexible childcare to suit the needs of each individual family.
We will also offer a Breakfast, Afterschool and Holiday club, picking up from Atworth, Monkton Farleigh Primary schools to help parents manage their family even as their children move on.
We completely understand that paying for childcare is a significant expense for parents. We try and keep our fees to a realistic level, which allows us to reward our staff team for their dedication and qualifications. Our management team will be able to provide you with full details of our fees.
For continuity of care, the opportunity to form strong relationships we ask that children are registered for a minimum of 2 sessions a week
Sessions are –
AM – 8am – 1pm – £34
PM – 1pm – 6pm – £34
All day – 8am – 6pm – £62
Additional hours – £7 per hour (for instance a child booked from 7.30am – 6pm would pay 1 x ½ hour at £3.50 and 1 x Full day)
The Lookout Club – £5.50 per hour
We include evening thing in our fees, no need to remember sun cream, nappies, snacks… at The Lookout we try to make life easy for you as parents. Bring your children to nursery in PJ’s, if that makes your life easier, we have all had to do it once or twice! All we ask is you pack a few spare clothes items (we provide the bag during your settling in period) for little accidents or lots of muddy play!
It is important that your family feels comfortable at our nursery from the very start so we offer as many settling in sessions as you need. Once you have decided to join us at The Lookout we will tailor a settling in process to suit the needs of you and your family.
We are happy to sign post parents to any help which is available with fees, including details of how the government’s Tax Free Childcare initiative works, and how you can access the Early Years Entitlement (currently for some 2 year olds and all 3 and 4 year olds). This includes the 15 hour funding and the 3 hour funding. You can read more about all available funding here: www.childcarechoices.gov.uk.
